Everyone should know how to make a face pack in an Ayurvedic way.
Make a thick paste by mixing one spoon gram of flour, half a spoon of turmeric powder, and one spoon of rose water. Apply the face pack on the face and neck and leave it for 15 minutes. After that wash your face. Apply this face pack twice a week.
Mix a few drops of sandalwood oil, 1 teaspoon of jojoba oil, and 1 teaspoon of honey and apply it on your face. Wash your face after 20 minutes. Use this face pack two to three times a week.
Mix 1 teaspoon of honey with a few drops of lemon juice and apply it to your face. But do not apply this mixture around the eyes. Wash your face for 20 minutes. Use this face pack two to three times a week.
Make a paste with a few basil leaves and a few neem leaves. Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of sour curd in this paste and apply it on your face. Wash your face when dry.
Make a thick paste by mixing 1 tablespoon of rice powder with a few drops of sandalwood oil or half a teaspoon of sandalwood powder and 1 tablespoon of rose water. Apply this paste all over the face and massage for five minutes. After that, leave it for another 10 minutes and wash your face. After that apply moisturizing ointment, applying this face pack once a week will give you good results.
Mix 1 spoon of gram flour with 2 spoons of milk and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and apply on the face. Massage for a few minutes and keep the pack on your face for a while. After that wash your face. Use this face pack once a week.
Mix 2 teaspoons of aloe vera gel, half a teaspoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Apply this face pack all over your face and leave it for some time. Do not apply around the eyes. Use this face pack twice a week.
